Do not spread the virus - wear masks

Stable growth of diseased COVID-19 - already habitual statistics both for all Southern Urals, and for Magnitogorsk in particular. Trends in the epidemiological situation are unstable, moreover, the risk of new outbreaks remains. By the way, these risks are further complicated by traditional seasonal diseases. However, stability is present even in this situation: wearing a mask, as before, will keep you and your loved ones healthy.

The dynamics of the detected cases is not stable: the indices first decrease and then increase again.

Experts name the reasons as the end of the vacation season, as well as the beginning of the school year. It should be noted that now in several regions there are news about single cases of infection of pupils or teachers in educational institutions, including the Chelyabinsk region.

And in some schools in the Sverdlovsk region, in Bashkortostan and Tyumen some classes have already switched to distance learning due to quarantine activities.

Research by Rospotrebnadzor has shown that in Russia in the first six months of 2020 almost 50,000 children have already moved to COVID-19. At the same time, 49.9% of children had a mild disease, and 32% of minors had a symptomatic one. But we should not forget that children have contact with each other, as well as with adults, not only at school, but also in sections, stores, transport and at home. This also contributes to further spread of infection.

But it is adults who cause anxiety in doctors: what is asymptomatic in a child may affect the teacher and close relatives in a completely different way, especially if there are chronic diseases.

Daily in Magnitogorsk law enforcement officers conduct raids, during which check the availability of personal protective equipment for citizens in public places. Due to the continuous increase in the number of patients with COVID-19 continues to monitor the implementation in public places requirements established throughout the region.

Law enforcement agencies not only prevent serious violations, but also inform citizens about obligatory observance of restrictive norms, which, first of all, will help to preserve health and avoid infection with coronavirus infection.

Administrative protocols in accordance with Articles 20.6.1 and 6.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation are drawn up for violators of the regime, which are subject to a fine. In the last 24 hours 49 protocols were issued for the absence of a mask.

For non-fulfillment of the rules of behavior at the introduction of the high availability regime the legislation provides a warning or administrative penalty for citizens at the rate from one to thirty thousand rubles, for officials - from ten thousand to fifty thousand rubles, for entrepreneurs without legal entity - from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles, for legal entities - from one hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles. If there are consequences as a result of this violation, the liability will be more severe.

From five to fifteen cases of COVID-19 are confirmed daily in Magnitogorsk. In this case, every day in the primary sorting centers of medical institutions of the city comes about 150 people with symptoms of respiratory viral infections. And half of them are hospitalized after examination in hospitals with suspicion of not only coronavirus infection, but also pneumonia. It should be noted that these are not only residents of Magnitogorsk, but also the nine nearest districts.

In this regard, the doctors once again appeal to Magnitogorsk residents and ask residents to be patient and continue to observe the necessary precautions: be sure to wear masks where there are many people, to keep a social distance, wash your hands after visiting public places, use antiseptics.
