Getting a grant is real
The Russian Ministry of Digital Development provides 7.1 billion rubles for grants for IT projects. Both IT product developers and companies that implement digital solutions will be able to get support.
The support is provided under the federal project "Digital Technologies" of the national program "Digital Economy".
"The programs are designed so that a variety of projects could apply for grant support. We offer up to 20 million for start-ups and up to 300 million for large initiatives aimed at digitalization of business. The grant is available to both IT product developers and companies that implement digital solutions. We invite everyone - from small teams of developers to large businesses - to participate in competitions," - commented Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Digitalization Maxim Parshin.
The operators of the support measures are the Skolkovo Foundation, the Russian Foundation for Information Technologies Development (RFRIT) and the Foundation for Assistance to Innovations.
Applications for all grants are submitted electronically. All the necessary information is gathered on the website.
In the Chelyabinsk region, the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Center for the Development of Digital Technologies", founded by the Ministry of Information Technology, Communications and Digital Development of the Chelyabinsk region, was established to help companies attract government support under the national project "Digital Economy".
Specialists will help to understand the support measures and provide free assistance in preparing the necessary documents for obtaining grants.
