From protocol to closure, one step

On a daily basis, interdepartmental working groups draw up protocols for employees of organizations that are at work without personal protective equipment. There are already 22 such protocols. Those workers, whose resolutions have come into force, will have to pay a fine of 10,000 rubles.


In total, six resolutions on imposing an administrative fine came into legal force, including after the Chelyabinsk Regional Court considered the complaints of the officials prosecuted. The list of organizations whose employees must pay the fine was included:

- store "Svetofor" (3a Galiullina Street);

- the store "Pyaterochka" (35 Zapadnoe Shosse Street) - two resolutions were issued against the officials (10,000 rubles each, effective 23 September);

- store "Pyaterochka" (84 Lenina Avenue);

- Ribbon" store (Lenina Prospekt 119);

- store "Pyaterochka" (street named after Pravda newspaper, 45).

According to Article 32.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation, the fine shall be paid in full no later than 60 days from the date the resolution comes into force.

Failure to pay it within the established term shall result in the imposition of a new fine, the amount of which shall be twice as much as the unpaid fine. It is also possible to arrest for up to 15 days or compulsory work for up to 50 hours according to Article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.

At the moment, 11 resolutions are in process of entry into force. For the remaining five citizens were sent complaints to the Chelyabinsk Regional Court.

As of September 24 administrative penalty in the form of a fine of 10 000 rubles was imposed on 22 protocols.

It should be reminded that in accordance with part one of Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (CAO RF), for failure to comply with the rules of conduct during introduction of the regime of high readiness the legislation envisages a warning or imposition of administrative penalty on officials in the amount of 10 000 to 50 000 rubles.
