Control continues even on weekends

The high availability mode, established throughout the Chelyabinsk region, remains in place until September 20. In this connection, the masked regime continues to operate in public places, and requirements for social distancing measures and reinforced sanitary rules remain.

However, statistics show that people still do not realize the seriousness of the current situation with morbidity. In the last 24 hours doctors diagnosed 73 new cases of COVID-19 infection in the Chelyabinsk region, two of them died.

In addition to the already familiar restrictions, recommendations for self-isolation also continue to be valid for South Ural residents over 65 years of age.

In order to prevent serious violations, as well as to inform citizens about the mandatory observance of restrictive norms, which, first of all, will help to maintain health and avoid contracting coronavirus infection, law enforcement agencies daily raids on the streets of the city.

Administrative protocols in accordance with Articles 20.6.1 and 6.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation are drawn up for the violators of the regime, which are subject to a fine. Last Friday, Saturday and Sunday 42 protocols were issued to Magnitogorsk citizens for lack of personal protective equipment.

For failure to comply with the rules of behavior at the introduction of the high availability regime, the legislation provides a warning or administrative penalty for citizens in the amount of one to thirty thousand rubles, for officials - from ten thousand to fifty thousand rubles, for entrepreneurs without legal entity - from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles, for legal entities - from one hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles. If there are consequences as a result of this violation, the liability will be more severe.

The coming autumn-winter season is the time for the traditional rise in the incidence of acute respiratory infections. At this time, it is especially important to follow preventive measures, because the body, weakened by a cold, is hard to protect itself from more serious viral diseases such as pneumonia.

To protect your body, you must follow a few simple rules:

1. 1. With the onset of cold weather, you should avoid hypothermia and dress accordingly. Rooms where people spend a lot of time, should be regularly ventilated. Wet cleaning of the rooms is also considered an important preventive measure.

2. 2. During the rise of seasonal morbidity should be minimized visits to places of mass congestion. If necessary, it is recommended to use a mask that protects the respiratory system from infection.

3. In addition, an important preventive measure is flu vaccination, which should be done before the epidemiological period.
