Administration implements urban unfinished

City Hall is embarking on a new type of sales. Unfinished construction objects on the right of private property are put up for auction.

For facilities that the owner for one reason or another could not finish on time, and for which there is a court decision on the sale of the construction in progress, the administration will make every effort to replace the inefficient owner with an investor who has the time and money to complete the construction.

It is possible to purchase them from open bidding, the first will be held on October 28. The objects in question are located in quite attractive places for business in the city.

“Today in the city there are 17 objects that are judged unfinished in court,” says Elena Verkhovodova, acting deputy head of the city for property matters. - The following objects were put up for the first auction: an object at the intersection of Kirova and Magnitnaya streets, it was planned to build a car service building there. The degree of readiness of the facility is estimated at 67 percent. Another facility is located at 71/1 Lenin Avenue. Its readiness is less than 30 percent. The owners of the facility planned to build an auto-service complex with administrative premises. ”
