Teksler's creative power
In October, the Center for Maternal and Child Welfare will appear in Magnitogorsk. This decision was made by the government of the Chelyabinsk region.
“On April 19 of this year, a decree was issued on the reorganization of the State Children's Institution“ City Children's Hospital ”of the city of Magnitogorsk in the form of joining to it maternity homes No. 2 and No. 3, as well as the dairy kitchen, children's polyclinic No. 1, 2, 3, said the deputy director of GKUZ "Center for the coordination of medical institutions of the Chelyabinsk region" Elena Simonova. - Today, much attention is paid to prevention. So, in the children's polyclinic №3 the project “Zdravografika” was opened. Thanks to modern digital technologies, children receive information about their health in a playful way, and parents learn how to raise healthy children. ”
Such large-scale work is also carried out within the framework of the “Decade of Childhood” program, which was adopted for the period from 2018 to 2027 by a decree of the President of the Russian Federation. Thanks to the emergence of the Center for the Protection of Motherhood and Childhood, it will be possible to consolidate the budgets, material base and personnel of the institutions, which will give an opportunity to more efficiently and quickly assist both expectant mothers and young patients. A consultative diagnostic center will appear here, and specialists from different profiles will receive the reception.
“The resolution was signed by the Acting Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region,” said Marina Shemetova, Chief Doctor of the State Healthcare Institution “Children's City Hospital” - I met with Alexey Leonidovich Teksler before his speech before the SOA of the Chelyabinsk region. I am glad that in his report health issues were identified as priorities. Health is among the top three most significant problems for Russians, and the head of the region knows this. The decision to allocate funds for the repair and technical equipment of the Children's City Hospital of Magnitogorsk cannot but rejoice. Another very important point is the message of the need to develop charity and philanthropy, social responsibility in business. In our opinion, our entrepreneurs heard Alexey Leonidovich. ”
The speech of the acting governor was held on May 30th. On the eve of the International Children's Day in the Children's City Hospital was a holiday. Gifts, wealth and cash from donations from individuals and legal entities received nearly one million rubles.
“The children's hospital has many friends who have been helping her for many years, this is both Metallurg BVF with its head Valentin Aleksandrovich Vladimirtsev, and KUB AO, headed by Svetlana Vadimovna Eremina, and OOO Trest Magnitostroy, headed by director Dmitry Vladimirovich Melnikov, - explained Marina Viktorovna. - But we see that the head of the region managed to activate the public, they heard it, people responded. We in the hospital have already created a committee on the use of the resources received. And if this trend continues, if the atmosphere of kindness and mercy is maintained, we will be able to do a lot. I am sure that the center will have a great future, and the children of not only Magnitogorsk, but also the south of the region will receive the most qualified help ”.
Today, thanks to the support of the Mayor Sergei Berdnikov and the Metallurg Foundation, repairs are being made at the children's emergency room. There will be an open registry, infomats, convenient access roads. At the expense of the regional budget and the Ministry of Health today, internal work is being done in the third section, the elevators will be replaced. The next stage is the repair of the roof and facades of the therapeutic building.
In addition to funds for the repair of buildings, money was allocated for the purchase of medical equipment - an endoscopic stand and equipment for the operating room of children's traumatology. Also, thanks to the support of the Ministry of Health of the Chelyabinsk Region and the inclusion in the federal program, the hospital will become the owner of an MRI tomograph, which will provide an opportunity to examine children under seven years old, which Magnitogorsk had not previously had. By the end of the year, 110 computers will be received, which will allow the creation of a nosocomial network.
“In my opinion, the most successful charitable programs for today are those that simultaneously solve two tasks,” Marina Viktorovna emphasized. “On the one hand, they are aimed at solving a specific problem, and on the other hand, they are activating the space around them, engaging people in social activities, changing their minds, developing new competencies.”
The issue is solved with frames. In the summer, about 40 medical students from Chelyabinsk and Orenburg will come to the hospital to practice. Marina Shemetova stressed that every effort should be made to ensure that young doctors want to stay in Magnitogorsk.
